We started Covenant Renovation to do quality construction work without losing sight of the people on the other side of it.
A home matters to the family living in it, so a job here is never just a job. That's the whole reason this company exists.

Shawn Lane
Owner | Covenant Renovation LLC
I'm a husband, a father of four, and the owner of Covenant Renovation.
My wife and our kids are the reason I got into this kind of work. Living with a busy household teaches you quickly which parts of a house help and which parts get in the way — and how much difference it makes when someone fixes them.
I wanted a company that reflected the values I try to live by: faith, integrity, hard work, humility, and doing right by people. For me, success is whether we did what we said, communicated honestly, and did good work when nobody was watching.
My hope is that we're known not only for what we build, but for the way we treat people while we're building it.

He brings the hands-on field experience — framing, structural work, and the details that make a finished project feel right. He cares about how something is actually built, not just how it photographs, and he's the one solving the problems every real job runs into.
We're building this company together, and we're committed to building it the right way.
